Wafer-Scale hBN Growth

We investigate the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth of wafer-scale single-crystal hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) films. By engineering growth interfaces and controlling growth kinetics, we aim to precisely control crystallinity, layer number, and stacking structures, establishing a high-quality two-dimensional insulating material platform for next-generation electronic and photonic systems.
